Those Are the Lies
Intro

Greetings, my readers. Welcome to the next article on my website. In this article, I wanna discuss the personal myths and illusions, false outcomes, and imaginary scenes we often create in our lives. This article is here to help you distinguish your emotions from your thinking and to help you think rationally. It’s here to help you think normally and correctly.

As you may know, humans, by their very nature, suffer most within themselves rather than in reality. You may ask, how? Here’s an example: you don’t get stabbed every day, right? But you can think negatively or incorrectly, which is similar to being stabbed, except the thing is, it can be much worse. So, physical pain is not something you feel every day. Psychological aspects are what matter here. And here we go.

Myth #1: I Will Die for Them

Often, when you look at your family, whether it is your father, mother, siblings, kids, husband, and/or wife, you get this kinda heroic feeling inside your mind that results in a spike of dopamine. It often follows with imaginary scenes and false outcomes in your mind, where you kinda imagine yourself sacrificing your life for your loved ones.

This kind of thinking is wrong. First, imagining bad scenes where you become a sacrificial lamb for your loved ones negatively affects you. It’s wrong. Yes, be ready to go beyond your limits for your family, but try to stay or stick to reality instead of thinking emotionally.

Second, instead of saying, “I will die for my loved ones,” ask yourself, “Am I ready, for example, to give up my bad habits, my smoking, my drinking, and spending time in waste? Am I ready to eat healthy, sleep healthy, and be healthy?” And finally, ask yourself, “Am I ready to instead live for my family?”

In their minds, all people are false heroes. Try to live longer to protect your family instead of dying in your imagination for them. Imagining bad outcomes only takes your time.

Myth #2: I Cannot Live Without Them

A total lie and fairy tale people tell themselves from time to time. They look at people they love and cherish and say, “I cannot live without them.” Again, some kind of false emotion.

Technically speaking, when one biological human faces death, another biological human can continue to live normally if there are no external forces to remove him too. Simply saying, just because someone died does not mean you will no longer be able to live.

Look at nature: if one ant dies, does another ant die because the previous one did? No. They just gather, get the body, and bury it. That’s it. And they continue to live.

The only reason people say they cannot live without somebody is emotional attachment. Learn to function biologically without emotional interference in your life. This kind of thinking will help you a lot.

The Lies We Believe
Myth #3: I Will Live Alone Till the End

Some people say one thing: they don’t wanna marry someone, they don’t want kids because they are afraid of such things, like giving birth, for women, and they prioritize their “health.” They eventually conclude that they wanna live by themselves till the end of their lives. Believe me, such people exist.

The only reason they say this is, again, those false emotions and previous unsuccessful experiences. But be reasonable and rational. A human is born with two purposes: spiritual and biological.

The spiritual purpose of humans is to find peace within the belief system they were either raised with or familiarized with, like religion. The spiritual purpose depends on religions, and religions are many. But the biological purpose of human life remains one: find an opposite gender and mate with it.

For the biological purpose, whoever you are, whether you are a woman reading this or a man, remember: if you die without producing another human to this life on planet Earth, you are technically considered a biological waste. And I mean this literally.

Look at the butterfly, this tiny creature. It lives for two weeks but makes sure to leave an offspring. You live 60 years, still thinking about whether you need a child. If it fails, there won’t be more butterflies, and it will be considered a biological waste. If it succeeds, you will see the next generation.

For humans, your entire existence was dependent on people mating with each other, so don’t be a fool and fulfill your biological purpose. Even I know, as a man, that at some point in my life, I gotta get serious and raise a child, ideally many, to make sure humanity survives.

When you have such a goal, emotions are left behind and rationality comes back.

Conclusion

We create illusions ourselves. Nobody is making us do that. Life was meant to be easy; our emotions made it difficult.

If you see water, you see water. Don’t dramatize it. If you see a purpose, don’t overreact to it. Make sure your brain rests from yourself, not from others. Others didn’t do anything to you. Maybe they did somehow, but you decide how to interpret it, right?

So, make sure the printing machine of your brain prints the exact image without distorting anything in it.

Stay with me, and see you in the next article on my website. Thank you for reading me.
